WHAT : A ladies fitness boxing class in our studio's backyard with Supreme Saadiq! No boxing experience required. Participants will engage in a 45 minute workout, combining several different boxing fundamentals including proper punching technique, squats, ladder work, jump-rope, and other fun stations!

WHO: Mackenzie Piccarreto is an Integrative Health Expert, recipe developer, and all around wellness junkie. She founded her blog, MackenziesTable.com, to share recipes, tips, and overall thoughts on what it means to live a vibrant, health-conscious life. Mackenzie teaches that being healthy doesn’t have to be complicated or taste bad, that when we really listen to our bodies, everything falls into place. It's a donut with a green juice kind of lifestyle.
