W H A T : A ladies fitness boxing class in our studio's backyard with Supreme Saadiq! No boxing experience required. Participants will engage in a 45 minute workout, combining several different boxing fundamentals including proper punching technique, squats, ladder work, jump-rope, and other fun stations!
W H Y : We believe in the transformational power of fitness and wellness. As women, it's important we develop strength and confidence in ourselves - body mind and spirit! Boxing supports all of these, and we are lucky to have Saadiq lead us in this class!
D E T A I L S : Wear workout clothes, bring water, and get ready to work! Wraps and gloves will be available for use - if you've got your own, please bring them!
